There
is an additional $20 fee per person per night to add an extra
person in rooms which allow more than double occupancy.
Children
12 & under stay free, adults 13 & over subject to additional
fees.
Holiday
and Special Event rates are higher and require minimum stays.
General
Information & Policies
Reservations
are guaranteed by taking the first night deposit (room rate
+ 12.5% tax) the day the reservation is made with balance
payable upon arrival. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash & Travelers
Checks. Cancellations made outside of 14 days prior to arrival
will be refunded their deposit less a $30 transaction fee.
Cancellations
made within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire
deposit. There is no refund for early departure or shortened
stays unless we can re-book the room. Holidays and Special
Events require a 50% deposit and a 30-day notice period.
The office is open 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily, Check In begins after 2:00 p.m., Check Out is by 11:00 a.m., and Expanded Coffee Service 8:30 a.m.- 10:00 a.m.
Children
of all ages are welcome, however, we do not accept pets.
Rooms
are all non-smoking.
WE ARE NOT A SPRING BREAK FACILITY.
